CROSSFIT TOTALS!

There is nothing I love better than putting up numbers I’m proud of on the whiteboard

235# deadlift? Gettin’ after it!
Short post today. Just so y’all know, at red stick CF we did our crossfit total…and I’m super proud of the numbers I posted! 30# increase on my strict press (85#), 10# increase on my back squat (185#) and 30# increase on my deadlift (235#) for a total weight lifted of 500#!

Did anyone else hit any awesome PRs today/this week?! Let’s hear em’!
